The property management fee is 6-8% of the rental receipts per month determined on your property location.

We will prepare a lease that transfers
into a month-to-month tenancy at the end of
one year. Additionally, we collect one to two month's
advance rent as a security deposit.
Our leasing fee is variable depending on your property location
between
72 to 100% of the initial month's rent.
