MONTHLY STATEMENTS
A statement is issued each time a check is cut for the
owner, showing all month to date activity. A month-ending statement is issued upon the close of the month, showing all
activity for the entire month.
INCOME
We negotiate a monthly/weekly rental return rate. AMSI adjusts rental rates with guests on an
individual request basis. We operate as a wholesaler for third parties, placing guests at rates above those quoted by
AMSI.

Access to your AMSI account online/anytime at: www.amsires.com. View current
financial statements; receipts for maintenance work orders performed; current and future reservations.
DISBURSEMENTS
In addition to the basic utilities, regular payables such as debt service, insurance, homeowner's fees, etc. can be deducted from your
rental proceeds and paid on your behalf.
MAINTENANCE
Basic maintenance issues will be addressed automatically by MAINTAIN, AMSI's in-house contracting company.
