Our property management team negotiates a monthly/weekly rental return rate with you based on the property anaysis. AMSI adjusts rental rates with guests on an indvidual request basis. In addition, we operate as a wholesaler for third party housing providers, placing guests at rates above those quoted by AMSI.

utilities
The four basic utility services are a property owner's expense: local phone, basic digital cable, basic gas and electric, and high speed internet. There is a cap on the gas and electric billing; amounts exceeding the cap are billed directly to the tenant's AMSI account: studio $55, one bedroom $75, two bedroom $100, three bedroom $150.

Maintenance services will be provided by Maintain, AMSI's licensed contracting company. If a non-emergency repair is expected to exceed $300, our Property Manager will contact you to discuss your options in handling the situation. Maintain can also give you a bid on your remodeling plans.
