My BackgroundI have lived in San Francisco for the last 25 years. I was educated at the University of California at Berkeley and graduated with Honors in the English Department. Born in New York, raised in Hawaii, I have spent the last five years devoted to my real estate career working at American Marketing Systems, Inc. here in San Francisco. Relocation ToursI specialize in providing deluxe relocation tours. I will prepare for several days to show you unfurnished properties, based upon the criteria you provide. I will then show you numerous properties from the available rental market over the course of 2 days. I will find you a place to rent!! This is a no stress way to find a place to live. I charge the equivalent of one month's rent for this service. (Less in the unlikely event you do not choose a place.)I also love giving Neighborhood Orientation Tours. These are 1/2-day tours of this great city. You will become acquainted with points of interest, the neighborhoods, landmarks, history and sales and rental overviews.
